So I know the theory behind people who post selfies being narcissistic, and here’s a great article about “selfitis”. I do take a fair amount of selfies, but usually because I’m by myself somewhere, and I want to provide an artifact that I may use later either to share the experience, or use it in my art work.

Do I take a lot of selfies, yes. Are they all perfect and filtered, no way! Most of my selfies are self deprecating, humorous commentary, or filtered for silliness!

Some of my favorite programs to use are: Snapchat, Instagram, Prisma, Percolator, TinType and Photo Lab. Plus Layout for collages.
